Data Deletion Instructions

Codonca Inc. (“Codonca,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Florida-based licensed motor vehicle dealer operating a salvage vehicle analytics platform at codonca.com (the “Platform”). This page explains how you can request the deletion of the personal data we hold about you, including data associated with our WhatsApp Business Platform (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) integration. This page is part of our Privacy Policy.

1. What Data You Can Delete

• Account data — your name, email address, authentication credentials, saved vehicles, watchlist, and search and report history.
• WhatsApp data — your WhatsApp phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and the content and history of messages exchanged with us through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of these ways:

• Email us. Send a request to privacy@codonca.com from the email address associated with your account, or include the WhatsApp phone number you used to contact us, with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
• Reply in WhatsApp. If you contacted us on WhatsApp, simply reply DELETE in the chat and we will remove your WhatsApp phone number, profile name, and message history. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• From your account. If you have a Codonca account, you may also request account closure and deletion from within your account settings or by contacting us at the email above.

3. What Happens Next

• We will verify your request to make sure it comes from the owner of the data (for example, by confirming your email address or WhatsApp number).
• We will delete or anonymize your personal data, including your WhatsApp data, within 30 days of verifying your request.
• We may retain a limited subset of information where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records for tax or fraud prevention purposes). Any retained data is kept only as long as legally required and is not used for messaging or marketing.
• We will confirm by email or WhatsApp once your data has been deleted.
